Marie Frances Harper, age 93, of Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, passed away Monday, June 13, 2005, at Indian Rock Village in Fairfield Bay. Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on January 24, 1912, she was the daughter of the late H. C. and Frances (Zajicek) Jensen. Mrs. Harper was a retired department store clerk for Cramers in Cedar Rapids. She had been a resident of Fairfield Bay since 1972, and she was a member of the Eglantine Church of Christ. Her husband, Earl Harper, preceded her in death on May 6, 1978. She is survived by her cousins, other relatives, and her friends, including Joyce Bradford and Fred Stearns, who were her caregivers in Fairfield Bay.
Funeral services for Mrs. Harper will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2005, at 11:00 A.M. in the Eglantine Church of Christ with Walter Dub Clark officiating. Interment will follow in the Eglantine Cemetery. Arrangements are by Olmstead Funeral Home, Inc.
