Reverend Manuel Macks
Reverend Manuel Macks, age 68 of Mountain Home passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2013 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He was born April 4, 1944 in Ships Ferry, Arkansas to Earnest and Ruth (Perry) Macks. He was the pastor of Arkana Baptist Church.
Reverend Macks is survived by one son, Tim Macks and wife Amanda, 3 grandchildren: Cody, Kinley and Gracyn, a sister: Jeanie Hensman and husband Brad all of Fayetteville, three half-sisters and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and wife: Euna Faye Macks.
A visitation will be from 12 until 9 PM Friday at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Arkana Baptist Church with Brother Maurice Hitt officiating. Interment will follow in Arkana Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Arkana Baptist Church or Arkansas Baptist Children’s Home in Monticello, Arkansas.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
