*Obituary

Bula Elizabeth Moser Grimmett, a longtime resident of LaCrosse, Arkansas, died Sunday 25th of September at the age of 79 at Pioneer Nursing Home in Melbourne.
She was born in Stone County, Arkansas on Thursday, February 4, 1932. She was raised by her older sister, Eula Anderson, and brother-in-law, Richard Anderson and grew up with her niece, Geneva, in the LaCrosse community. She was united in marriage to the late Lloyd Grimmett in March 1949.
She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Christian Life Center Church where she was baptized. Bula enjoyed socializing with her friends at the senior center, going to church, going shopping, eating good food, and listening to music played by her husband and his friends. Bula loved to cook and she always had a big pot of beans on the stove and cornbread in the oven. She also loved to make patchwork quilts in her free time and has given out many quilts to family over the years. Raising a garden was Bula's favorite thing to do during the summer. For the last three years, Bula lived next to her nephew Charles, in Sage, with hopes of raising a big garden. Due to health issues, she was unable to take care of the garden, but she never gave up.
Bula was preceded in death by her mother, Melissa Weaver Moser and her father, Charlie Moser, her husband, Lloyd Grimmett, her sisters: Eula Anderson, Zelda Wilson; twin sisters, Lilly and Lola; one half-sister, Charlene; brothers, Ismael, Cleveland and Calvin Moser; half-brother, Sanford Moser and a step-brother, Junior Moser.
Bula left to mourn her, a niece, Geneva Anderson of LaCrosse; her nephew, Charles Grissom of Sage; half-sisters, Edna Langston of Melbourne, Ivon Small of Tunica, Mississippi, Ida Smith and Pauline Brooks, both of Senath, Missouri; step-sister, Wilma Cooper of Violet Hill; a half-brother, Lonzo Moser of Senath, Missouri; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at the Roller-Crouch Chapel in Melbourne with Frank Wann and S. D. Hacker officiating. Burial will be in Larkin Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
