Karisha Amber Haggard, 15, of Siloam Springs died Monday, May 9, 1988 in Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas following an extended illness.
Born April 7, 1973 in Siloam Springs, she was the daughter of Kenneth Allen and Laurel Lee Hutson Haggard.
She was a lifetime resident of Siloam Springs.
She was a freshman at Siloam Springs High School and had been attending the Eastgate Church of Christ in Siloam Springs.
Survivors include her parents, Kenneth and Laurel Haggard of the home; one sister, Kourtney Haggard of the home; her paternal grandparents, Clifford and Lenna Haggard of Siloam Springs; and her maternal grandparents, Forrest and Minnie Hutson of Siloam Springs.
Funeral services are May 12, 1988, at 2 p.m. in Wasson Memorial Chapel with Mr. Charles Cash officiating.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Fulfill a Dream in Fort Smith Arkansas.
Funeral Services are under the direction of
Wasson Funeral Home.
