Roy Lovell passed from this life into God's presence on Sunday January 29, 2012.
Roy was born in Lavaca, AR, December 2, 1932 to Claude and Flora Hubbard Lovell.

He was married Barbara Wyatt on May 31, 1953.
He was a graduate of Lavaca, High School. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, during his four years of service he was stationed on the Alvin C. Cockrell and was a hospital corpsman at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA. He earned a bachelor of divinity degree at Bible Baptist Seminary in Arlington, TX. He pastored Churches in Arizona, Oklahoma and California. In his retirement years he was owner of Lovell's Antiques in Bloomer, AR.

Roy's greatest passion in life was the joy of sharing Christ with everyone he met. He has the gift of witnessing and helping others during their time of trouble.

Funeral service will be held 1PM Tuesday January 31, 2012 at Smith Mortuary Chapel, burial will follow in the Garden of Memories under the direction of Smith Mortuary, Charleston, AR

He was preceded in death by his parents, two daughter Lea Allyson Lovell , Tinyia Lovell Wilsie and one granddaughter Kara Kennedy.

Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 59 years Barbara of the home; two son's Roy DeWyatt Lovell of Tuscaloosa, AL, Larry Lovell of Spring Valley, CA and daughter Claudia Lovell Kennedy of Fort Worth, TX eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
