Loretta Jane Henessee, age 74, of Wilburn, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2010, at the White County Medical Center in Searcy. Born in Lake City, Arkansas, on April 19, 1936, she was the daughter of Juanita Agnes Sears Burrow and the late Johnny M. Burrow.
Mrs. Henessee was a homemaker and a member of the Pangburn Praise and Worship Center. Her husband, Ellis E. “Bill” Henessee, preceded her in death on March 24, 2000. Mrs. Henessee was also preceded in death by her father, Johnny M. Burrow; and one brother, Gaylon D. Burrow.
She is survived by two sons, Ellis Wayne Henessee of Jacksonville and Johnie Eldon Henessee and his wife, Kristi, of Wilburn; two daughters, Barbara Jane Osborne and her husband, Steve, of Wilburn and Jerrie Ann Grimes and her husband, Carlos, of Judsonia; her mother, Agnes J. Burrow of Wilburn; one stepson, Billy E. Henessee and wife of Pocahontas; one brother, Jerry D. Burrow of Alabama; seven grandchildren, Rhonda M. King and her husband, Chris; William DeWayne Osborne, Stephanie F. Hartwick and her husband, Brad; Beverly N. Osborne; Tracy Lee Grimes and his wife, Amber; Tyler Lynne Jones; and Troy Lovoy Grimes; and eleven great grandchildren, Austin, Ryan, Spencer, and Kristen King, Jordan and Haydan Hartwick; Madison and Lauren Grimes; Evan, Koal, and Emma Jane Jones. Mrs. Henessee is also survived by other relatives and her many friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Dec. 9, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Olmstead Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 10, at 2:00 p.m. at the House of Prayer in Pangburn with Odis Gunther officiating. Interment will follow in the Magness Chapel Cemetery. Chris King, DeWayne Osborne, Brad Hartwick, Tracy Grimes, Ellis Henessee, Johnie Henessee, and Troy Grimes will serve as pallbearers. Honor pallbearers are Austin King and Haydan Hartwick.
