MORRIS, Timothy Monroe - Timothy Monroe Morris was born April 15, 1840 in Lincoln county, Missouri and died August 19, 1921 at his home on North B street, Rogers. He was married in 1857 to Sally Gammon and to them were born six children, three of whom are living: Mrs. R.G. Walters of Rogers; Mrs. Fannie Lea of Neosho, Mo. and Will Morris of Miami, Okla. In 1881 he moved to Arkansas and had made Rogers his home until his death. His wife died seven years ago and he leaves a wife, Mrs. Mary Morris, and one step-daughter, Mrs. Lamb, by a second marriage. Mr. Morris was a member of the Old School Baptist church, having joined in early manhood.
