EVANSVILLE — Camden Ray Hendrick, 11-month-old son of James Hendrick and Ambrosia Kahl, died Aug. 25, 2004, at Children's Hospital in Little Rock. He was born Sept. 2, 2003, in Fayetteville.
Survivors include his mother, Ambrosia Kahl of Evanville; his father, James Hendrick of Fayetteville; one brother, Ian Kahl of Wesley Chapel, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Marla Eiland and Paul Jones; paternal grandparents, Jeff Hendrick and Carolyn Bulla and maternal great-grandparents, James Eiland and Sandra Garcia.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Round Mountain Community Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Nelson-Berna Funeral Home, Fayetteville.
