Mrs. Lena Belmont Green, 64, 910 S. "B" St., died Thursday at Washington General Hospital in Fayetteville after a brief illness. Born Aug. 26, 1904, in Rogers, she had lived in this area most of her life.
Survivors include her husband, Burt C. Green, of the home; three sons, Charles P. Fields and Glen Fields, both of Rogers; and Dewey Green, stationed with the U.S. Army in Harlem, Ga; a daughter, Mrs. Viola C. Grimes. Rt. 3, Rogers; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Burns Funeral Chapel, Rogers, with Rev. Elvis Dudley officiating. Burial will be in Rogers Cemetery under the direction of Burns Funeral Home, Rogers.
