SPRINGDALE — Hillard Robert Moore, 78, of Springdale died Nov. 17, 1995, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale. He was born Nov. 12, 1917, in Madill, Okla., to Samuel Robert and Lucy Ella Hill Moore. He was retired after 27 years as an oil salesman for Lubrication Engineers of Fort Worth, Texas, was a former resident of Longview, Texas, and an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Ethel Christine Hagood Moore of the home, to whom he was married April 16, 1964; one son, Robert Eugene Walters of Atlanta, Ga.; one granddaughter, Barbara Ann Walters of Atlanta; one nephew, Michael Rogers of Dallas, Texas; and one niece, Linda Mowery of Dumas, Texas.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with chaplain Jim Huffman officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth Burton, Loy Carter, Steven Carter, Donaid Wayne Neal, Archie Poplin and Jim Poplin.
Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
