Springdale — Connie Sidney Orr, 55, of Springdale, died Friday in the Springdale hospital. Born Feb. 9, 1917 in DeQueen, the son of James Sidney and Virgie Clements Orr, he was superintendent of Wilson-Laurel Farms and a member of the Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors are the widow, Mrs. Helen McMillen Orr of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Junior Johnson of Siloam Springs and Mrs. Tommy Jones of Springdale; two brothers, Junior of Minneapolis, Minn., Napoleon of Springdale and three sisters, Mrs. Edith Carroll of Horatio, Mrs. Ethel Hill of Locksburg and Mrs. Leal Lovell of Ashdown and one grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral Chapel with burial in Friendship Cemetery.

Mrs. Helen Orr, 88, of Springdale passed away Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006, at Springdale. She was born Aug. 9, 1918, in Sevier to Thadious and Ida Parker McMillan. She was a shoe clerk for many years for Rick's Shoe Store and was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Connie Orr.
She is survived by two daughters, Gail Jones and husband Tommy of Springdale and Sue Johnson and husband Junior of Siloam Springs, and one grandson, Michael Jones of Dallas.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, Dec. 15 at Nelson-Berna Funeral Home in Fayetteville, online at www.nelsonberna.com.
Services will he at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 16, at Nelson-Berna Funereal Home with the Rev. Cecil Nichols and Pastors Larry Woodward and Warren Foxworthy II officiating. Burial will follow in Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
Memorial contributions may he made to Circle of Life Hospice, 901 Jones Road, Springdale, 72762.
