*Obituary
Paul Dean Wiseman, of Salem, Ark., son of the late Robert Lee and Totsy Lou (Pogue) Wiseman, was born Feb. 23, 1935, at Wiseman, Ark. He died July 8, 2007, at the White River Medical Center in Batesville, Ark. at the age of 72.
He was united in marriage to Wanda Lee Kirk on Oct. 9, 1957, at Charleston, Mo., and to this union two children were born. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He worked as a carpenter and was of the Pentecostal faith.
He served his country in the U.S. Army for three years.
He is survived by: a son, Carl Wiseman of Kansas City, Mo.; a daughter, Audrey Wiseman of Wiseman; five grandchildren, Paul Michael Wiseman (Laura), Levi Paul Wiseman (Heidi), John Dean Wiseman, Nicole Marie Wiseman and Alexis Sheree Labeth Wiseman; a great-grandson, Sheridan Wiseman; four brothers, Russell Lee Wiseman (Bonnie) of Soldotna, Alaska, Robert Hayden Wiseman (Louise) of Wiseman, Eugene Wiseman (Rhonda) of Branson, Mo., Ronald Ray Wiseman (Jeannette) of Wiseman; and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his wife; parents; a brother, Carl James Wiseman; and a sister, Shirley Lee Wiseman.
Funeral services were held July 12 at the Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem with Bro. Author Barber and Bro. John Hodges officiating. Burial followed in Wiseman Cemetery in Wiseman, Ark., with arrangements under the direction of Barker Funeral Home of Salem.
Pallbearers were Brian Gilbreath, Paul Wiseman, John Wiseman, Bennie Crouch, Randy Crouch and Robert Weston.
