Lee Sizemore, 91, of Springdale, died Saturday, Jan. 11, 1997, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers.

Born Aug. 29, 1905, in Tahlequah, Okla., the son of George Washington and Sarah Bowen Sizemore, he was a member of Eastside Christian Union Church in Springdale. He was a carpenter and mechanic. He was the widower of Maggie Sizemore.

Survivors are his wife, Florence Hammons Sizemore of Springdale; three sons, Willie Sizemore and Eugene Sizemore, both of Springdale, and Gerry Sizemore of Heavener, Okla.; six daughters, Annis Baker, Edith Usery and Sharlene Doyie, all of Ceres, Calif., Helen Whittle of Huntsville, and Lissie McClain and Ela Mae McClain, both of Heavener, Okla.; six step-children, James Hollowell of Elk City, Okla., John Hollowell of Fayetteville, Glen Hollowell and Annette Harris, both of Moody, Okla., and Lorene Ingram and Anna Moore, both of Springdale; a brother, Ray Sizemore of Springdale; two sisters, Millie Wolfe of Springdale and Effie Bixford of Afton, Okla.; 26 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; nine great-great-grandchildren; several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home in Springdale with the Rev. Loren Collins and the Rev. Steve Schaefer officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3-6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Springdale — Mrs. Margie Emma Sizemore, 75, of Springdale, died Friday at Springdale. Born April 30, 1909, at Kalakaski, Mich., the daughter of Emery and Martha Hill Dougherty, the was a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Lee Sizemore of the home; three sons, Willie Sizemore, Gerry Sizemore and Eugene Sizemore, all of Springdale, six daughters, Mrs. Annis Owens, Mrs. Edith Usrey, and Mrs. Sharlene Doyle, all of Ceres, Calif., Mrs. Helen Whittle of Springdale, Mrs. Lissie McClain and Mrs. Elea Mae McClain, both of Heavener, Okla., two brothers, Herbert and Earl Dougherty of Garden City, Kansas; three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Holly of Ceres, Calif., Mrs. Imagene McComb of New Mexico, and Mrs. Evelyn Bauer of Garden City; 25 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Chapel, Springdale, burial in Friendship Cemetery.
