Jo Ella Todd, 72, of Wiseman, daughter of the late Eural Claude and Nobia Beatrice Sellars Bookout, was born on Aug. 15, 1933, in Violet Hill, Ark. She died on May 12, 2006, at Salem.
She was united in marriage to Granville G. Todd on June 6, 1952, at Melbourne, and to this union, two daughters were born.
Jo Ella Todd was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
She worked as a postmaster for the Wiseman Post Office and she was a member of Wiseman Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Granville Todd, of Wiseman; two daughters, Vicki Stripling and husband, Rick, of Jonesboro, Ark., and Tammy Worden and husband, Bill of Memphis, Tenn.; a brother, Bobby Bookout and wife, Pat, of Wiseman; three grandchildren, Ashley Stripling of Jonesboro, Todd Stripling of Jonesboro, and Grant Worden of Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
The funeral services were held May 14 at Wiseman Methodist Church in Wiseman with Bro. John Hodges officiating.
