Harvey Eugene "Cooter" Mills, died Thursday, September 14, 2006 in a local hospital. He was a retired employee of Ayers Furniture Company and attended the Block Church in Van Buren. He is survived by three daughters, Shirley Evans of Cedarville, Kathy Pendergrass of Oklahoma and Laverne Ledbetter of Fort Smith; two sons, Johnny Mills of Fort Smith and Howard Mills of Grady, AR; three sisters, Jewell Stites of Van Buren, JoAnn and Diane both of Osceola, AR; one brother, Hershel Mills of Memphis, TN; twenty Grandchildren and several Great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chris Evans, Jeremy Evans, Rodney Ledbetter, Kevin Mills, Leon Russell III, Nathan Wilson and Johnny Mills.
