Hubert Emberton, 70, of Natural Dam died Thursday, April 12, 2012, in Fayetteville.
He was born Oct. 5, 1941, in Natural Dam.

He was an auto painter and the widower of Gladys Emberton.

Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.

He is survived by two daughters, Roberta Alverson of Natural Dam and Evelyn Brown of Van Buren; a son, Maxi Flynn of Stilwell, Okla.; a sister, Geneva Moore of Van Buren; two brothers, Lynn and Donald Emberton, both of Natural Dam; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Gladys' ObitNATURAL DAM — Gladys Emberton, 63, of Natural Dam died Saturday, Aug. 25, 2007, in a local hospital. She was a homemaker, a resident of Natural Dam and of the Pentecostal faith.

Funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ocker Memorial Chapel with burial at Hall Cemetery in Van Buren.

She is survived by

three daughters, Evelyn Brown

of Van Buren, Roberta Alberson of Natural Dam and Debbie Dehart of Colorado;

four sisters, Dorothy Patterson and Florence Smith, both of Van Buren, and Wilma Brown and Betty Littleton, both of Oklahoma; two brothers, Lee Barker and Verlin Shamblin, both of Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
