Aug 22, 1924 – Newt Cooper Passes
Wiseman and community were shocked Friday to learn of the death of one of its best citizens, M. Newt Cooper. While his was not altogether unexpected, it was a shock all the same.
Mr Cooper was reared near Lunenburg, was a son of the late Marion Cooper and wife and for years resided at and near Guion. For the past several years, however he has lived near Wiseman, where the end came.
He leaves a wife and two children Arch and Daisy
