Mrs. Fra Horsley Neil, widow of W.S. Neil, died shortly after midnight Saturday morning at her home, 803 South Fourth street, after a long illness. Funeral services will be held at the home Sunday morning at 10 o'clock and will be conducted by Rev. J.A. Womack, pastor of Central Methodist church. Burial will be in the city cemetery by the side of her husband, W.S. Neil, who died August 5, 1927, in charge of A.D. Callison. Mrs. Neil was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Horsley and was born in Boone county, Mo. September 11, 1867. The family came to Benton county in 1868. She had resided in or near Rogers ever since. Her father was one of the half dozen men who raised the bonus that brought the Frisco railroad here and made Rogers a possibility. The four Horsley brothers were among the best known of the pioneer citizens of this section. She married W.S. Neil August 10, 1904 and to them were born two children, the oldest, a son, dying in infancy. Mrs. Neil is survived by one daughter, Mrs. John S. Collins of Rogers. She also leaves one sister, Mrs. John W. Rogers of Kansas city and three brothers: D.B. Horsley of Tulsa, Okla., a former prosecuting attorney of this district; H.B. Horsley of San Benito, Texas, and Beecher Horsley of Rogers.

NEIL, Fra HORSLEY - Funeral services were held Sunday morning at 10 o'clock for Mrs. Fra Horsley Neil who died Saturday morning after a long illness. Rev. J.A. Womack, pastor of the Central Methodist Church, officiated. Burial was in Rogers cemetery beside her husband, W.S. Neil, who died two years ago. Mrs. Neil was a member of one of the most prominent families in Benton County. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H.B. Horsley who came to Rogers from Boone County, Mo. in 1868, a year after Mrs. Neil was born. Her father was one of the six men who raised the bonus that brought the Frisco railroad to Rogers. Besides a daughter, Mrs. John Collins, of Rogers Mrs. Neil is survived by a sister, Mrs. John W. Rogers, of Kansas city and three brothers, D.B. Horsley of Tulsa, Okla., H.B. Horsley of San Benito, Texas and Beecher Horsley of Rogers.
