Wilma E. HERRINGTON SWEARINGEN

A Memorial Service for Wilma E. Swearingen of Gamaliel, Arkansas, will be held at11:00 am, Saturday, February 2, 2013, at One-O-One Presbyterian Church, in Gamaliel, Arkansas.
Wilma passed away January 30, 2013, in Gassville, Arkansas, at the age of 90. She was born November 30, 1922, in Blue Mound, Kansas, the daughter of Claud and Etta Mae Coyle Herrington. She married Earl Swearingen on June 9, 1944, at Troy, Kansas and was a homemaker. Wilma lived in Gamaliel, since 1982, moving from Kirkwood, Missouri. She was a member of the Gamaliel Fire Department Auxiliary and G.G. Women's Club. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, friends, and family.
Wilma is survived by her two sons, Larry (Anna) Swearingen of Fort Wayne, IN, and Rick Swearingen of Tacoma, WA, four daughters, Nancy Coibion (Michael) Nelson of Oakland, MO, Linda Fusz (Donald) Barnes of Fairfax Station, VA, Sharon (Michael) Farr of Milwaukee, WI, and Caryn (Gary) Railing of Bourbon, MO, eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother, Willard Herrington, and sister, Verna Herrington.
Burial will be in the Maynard Bend Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Kirby and Family Funeral and Cremation Services.
