SPRINGDALE — James Daniel Meckler, 21, of Springdale died Sept. 4, 2007, at Washington Regional Medical Center. He was born Dec. 9, 1985, in Houston, Texas, to John Daniel and Sandra Neal Garriott Meckler. He was employed by ALTEP Inc. in Bentonville and was a 2004 graduate of Springdale High School.
Survivors include his parents, Dan and Sandra Meckler; his maternal grandparents, James "Cotton" and Theda Garriott of Wagoner, Okla.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville, online at www.mooresfuneralchapel.com. Gary Frazier will officiate.
Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery in Springdale.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Moore's.
