Lenard Bowlin
Lenard Bowlin, 79, of Springdale, died Tuesday, March 26, at Springdale Memorial Hospital.
He was born Jan. 1, 1912, at Lonestar, to William Bowlin and Rose Gibson Bowlin. Retired after 50 years with Springdale Canning Company, he was a Baptist. A son and three brothers preceded him in death.
Survivors are his wife, Lucille Arbogast Bowlin; two sons, Leonard "Bud" Bowlin of Oklahoma City; Tech. Sgt. Danny W. Bowlin of F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Cheyenne, Wyo.; two daughters, Sondra Patrick of Springdale and Virginia Pellegrini of Wichita, Kan.; a brother, Truman Bowlin of Fayetteville: two sisters, Wanda Ladig of Farmington and Ola Dowell of Springdale; 14 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter.
Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Thursday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with the Rev. Cecil Garrison officiating. Burial is too be in Friendship Cemetery at Springdale. Visitation is set from 1-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Lilly Lucille Bowlin
SPRINGDALE — Lilly Lucille Bowlin, 91, born on July 1, 1920, in Burkshed, Ark., daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Arbogast, passed away Monday, Feb. 6, 2012, at the Bradford House in Bentonville.
Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Pellegrini; two sons, Leonard "Bud" Bowlin and Danny Bowlin; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband. Lenard Bowlin; and one daughter, Sondra Patrick.
Graveside services will be held today, Feb. 10, 2012, at the Friendship Cemetery at 2 p.m. Pastor Clark Snow will officiate the service under the direction of the Backstrom-Pyeatte Funeral Home.
