She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. She was the birth mother of two, Joseph O'Neal and David O'Neal. She was the practical mother of four others; Felicia O'Neal-Aguilar, Hannah Alexander, Seth Alexander, Abigail Alexander. She was the wife of Robert Alexander. Mary was a wonderful singer and a fantastic cook. Throughout the course of her life she faced many challenges. Those of which she faced head on, she was a very strong good-willed woman. At her age of death she was 41. Mary's official cause of death was cancer, but she faced many physical battles before she died. Some of her fondest memories from her childhood were the times cooking with her grandmother and singing with her grandfather. She was incredibly unique. She had many talents and took her family life very seriously. She was a nurse in convalescent homes for the majority of her work life, and she loved her job. As hobbies she liked to decorate cakes, sing, cook, color, play games with her kids, and various other things. She kept her house very homey but clean. Her favorite flower was a sunflower and her kitchen was decorated in them. Her kitchen was her sanctuary, no matter what happend it in a way was a safe haven. She was for the majority of her life a christian. She loved God and enjoyed fellowship with her church family. Mary's favorite color was purple. She also loved cows, and there were cow figurines throughout her house. She liked to listen to country music and some gospel. Christmas was her absolute favorite time of year. All in all she was Mary Jane Alexander. A loving wife, mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend. And she is missed greatly.
