MOUNT PLEASANT – Joan Shirlee Richardson Love, 64, of Mount Pleasant died Saturday, April 26, 2008, in Batesville.
Born May 1, 1943, in Leominster, Mass., she was the daughter of Arland and Doris Richardson. She was united in marriage to Darrell Love on Aug. 5, 1980, in Kings Bay, Ga. She was a homemaker, hairdresser, cake decorator and cashier and was employed at Fred's in Melbourne. She enjoyed arts and crafts and won many county fair ribbons for her crocheting. She was of the Protestant faith and was a member of the Salvation Army.
Survivors include two sons, Ralph Greigtardiff of Prior, Okla., and Scott Tardiff of Mount Pleasant; a daughter, Darlene Austi of Leominster, Mass; a stepdaughter: Leeanna Hoskinds of Melbourne; a brother, Harold Richardson of Boca Raton, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, Rylee Hoskinds, Ricky Greigtardiff, Ryan Greigtardiff, Michael Carter, Jenny Austin, Scott Tardiff Jr., Steven Gray, Jessica Martin, Megan Jones, Jackie Martin, Josh Martin and Autumn Greigtardiff; eight great-grandchildren; and a niece, Sue Condrey of Mount Pleasant.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Thomas Darrell Love; three brothers; and two sisters.
