MELBOURNE - Mamie M. Wiles, 90, of Melbourne died today, March 12, 2004, in a Batesville hospital. Born Jan. 18, 1914, in Sage, she was the daughter of Carlos R. Wammack and Mary Mynatt Wammack. She was a homemaker, a member of the Extension Homemakers Club and a member of the Midway Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Kenneth Wiles of Violet Hill; a daughter, Millagene Campbell of Zion; three sisters, Grace Helm of Yakima, Wash., Estelle Williams and Irene Felton, both of Sage; five grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Wiles; three brothers; and two sisters. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Midway Baptist Church in Melbourne with Gayle Cooper and Gene Baird officiating. Burial will be in Caney Springs Cemetery at Sage under the direction of the Roller-Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne. Pallbearers will be Kevin Wiles, Allan Campbell, Alan Vickery, Karry Dockins, Gary Womack and Tommy Womack. Honorary pallbearers will be Cub Rush, Bobby Joe Tate, Danny Felton, Charles Franks, Roger Darland and Roger Guiltner. Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday
