Jackie Copeland, age 84 of Calico Rock, Arkansas passed away September 28, 2012 at Community Medical Center of Izard County. He was born December 1, 1927 in Crossroads, Arkansas to Tom and Mary (Gillihan) Copeland. He married Christine Hall June of 1974 at Calico Rock, Arkansas.
Mr. Copeland is survived by nephew: Denny Copeland and wife Cathy, great nieces: Stacey Copeland and Dana Joplin and several additional nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, four sisters and three brothers.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Church of Christ in Calico Rock with Brother Wayne Wood officiating. A visitation will be Sunday from1:00 p.m. until service time at the church. Interment will be in Caney Springs Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Arrangements are by Roller Funeral Home.
