MELBOURNE – George Wanamaker, 77, of Melbourne died Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, in a Melbourne nursing home.Born Feb. 18, 1927, in Depew, Okla., he was the son of George Sr. and Elsie Breuer Wanamaker.Survivors include his wife, Sharla Wanamaker; three sons, Glenn Whitt of Texas, Greg Wanamaker of Texas and Paul Wanamaker of Oklahoma; two daughters, Sharon Kraft of California and Christina Wanamaker of Melbourne; and five grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents.Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Combs Cemetery at Melbourne with George McDowell officiating.
