SPRINGDALE - John C. Laningham Jr., 54, of Springdale died Dec. 4, 2005, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. He was born July 26, 1951, in Prairie Grove to John C. and Goldie Thomas Laningham Sr. He was a tool and die maker for Brunner and Lay Inc. in Springdale and was a member of Holcomb Street Church of Christ in Springdale, the Northwest Arkansas Fiddler's Association and the American Legion. He was an Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his mother of Fayetteville, aunts and uncles.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with Pat Mannon officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

SPRINGDALE - Jimmy L. Laningham, 55, of Springdale died Sept. 13, 2005, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born Nov. 3, 1949, in Prairie Grove to John C. Laningham Sr. and Goldie Thomas Laningham. He worked for Allen Canning Co. in Springdale and was a member of the Holcomb Street Church of Christ in Springdale and the Northwest Arkansas Fiddler's Association.
Survivors include one brother, John C. Laningham Jr.; his mother of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 4 p.m. Friday at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with Pat Mannon officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Bart Taylor, Steve Laningham, Butch Harmon, Danny Harmon, Charles Harmon and Zack Wallace.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Association of Kidney Patients, 3505 E. Frontage Road, Suite 315, Tampa, Fla. 33607-1796.
