Dawn Marie Armantrout
WEST FORK — Dawn Marie Armantrout, 47, of West Fork died July 6, 2011, at Circle of Life Hospice in Springdale. She was born Jan. 5, 1964, in Norwalk, Calif., to Arthur and Donna Shafer Drake.
She enjoyed the outdoors.
Survivors include husband, Steve Armantrout; four children, Chris Taylor and Jessica Wagner, both of Fayetteville, and Cody Armantrout and Chaz Armantrout, both of West Fork; three sisters, including Betty Carter of Springdale; two brothers, Rick Magnuson of Springdale and James Magnuson of Fayetteville; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Friendship Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Heritage Funeral Home in Springdale.
