SULPHUR SPRINGS — Thelma June Killion, 86, of Sulphur Springs died March 20, 2004, at Gravette Medical Center. She was born July 3, 1917, in North Platte, Neb., to Ted and Mary Rebecca Wendell Banta. She lived most of her life in Sulphur Springs. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs. She was a homemaker and member of the Friendly Neighbors Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Killion, on Dec. 20, 1990 and three children, Wayne Edward Killion, Rosetta Hamilton and Richard Dale Killion.

Survivors include two sons, Robert L. Killion of Kansas City, Mo., Kenneth Ray Killion of Southwest City, Mo.; seven daughters, Betty June Comick of Wichita, Kan., Clara Jean Payne of Gravette, Gladys Ann Larkin of Eucha, Okla., Wanda Lou Self of Rogers, Donna C. Autry of Jay, Okla., Peggy Lynn Bone of Sulphur Springs, Wilma Irene Rugg of Overland Park, Kan.; 21 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchldren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs. The Rev. Ray Larkin and the Rev. Gairy Osburn will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Gravette.

Pallbearers will be grandsons Jimmy Killion, Shawn Killion, Jeremy Self, Ronnie Larkin, Bobby Hamilton, Steve Payne and Mick Payne.

Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday at Ozark Funeral Home in Noel, Mo., with the family present from 7 to 8 p.m.
