MILLER, H.D. - H.D. Miller, a resident of Beaty neighborhood for the past 50 years, died at the home of his son, Milt, at Webb City Sunday morning. Mr. Miller was about 85 years of age and had been in poor health for some time. He came to this county from Georgia in 1869 and settled on a farm on Honey creek where he resided until a few months ago when he went to Webb City to reside with his son. He is survived by three sons, Ralph and Henry of Gravette and Milt of Webb City. His wife died about 40 years ago. Burial was made in the Bethel cemetery Tuesday afternoon.

MILLER, Mrs. Henry - Died at her home one mile west of Beaty, Mrs. Miller, wife of Henry Miller. She leaves a husband and three sons to mourn her loss. They have our deepest sympathy in this their sad hour of affliction.

MILLER, Eloe Olevia BAGBY - Once more the sacred, loving ties of a happy family circle have been broken. The fairest jewel of home has been snatched away by that grim monster, death, who claimed for his own Mrs. Eloe Olevia Miller Monday, April 18th after an illness of ten weeks. She was a daughter of John and Nancy Bagby and was born in Cherokee county, Georgia Sept. 19, 1847; professed religion and joined the Baptist church in Aug. 1867. In 1869, March 19, she was wedded to H.D. Miller. There is quite a romance connected with this union. They met when the bride was but eleven; became attached, and through the trials and troubles of ten long years; through the terrible scenes of the Civil War, true love still burned, and at last their faithfulness was rewarded and their long betrothal consummated in a happy marriage. They emigrated to Arkansas in 1869 and located on Honey Creek, Benton county, where they have since resided. She was united by letter to the Honey Creek Baptist church in 1870 and died a member of the same. She was the mother of three children who are all living to mourn her loss. Ralph aged 24; Henry aged 13 and Mittie aged 8. A Friend.
