Batesville Guard
MOUNTAIN HOME – Mona Adeal Haley, 76, of Mountain Home, formerly of Melbourne, died Saturday, May 10, 2003, at a Calico Rock hospital.
Born July 30, 1926, at Lunenburg, she was the daughter of Silas Hugh and Elizabeth Vines O’Neal. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Melbourne.
Survivors include a son, Tony Haley of Mountain Home; two brothers, Billy Joe O’Neal of Springfield, Mo., and Mickey Gene O’Neal of Bradenton, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Howard Dale Haley; her second husband, Noel Simmons; and a brother, Willis O’Neal.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Melbourne with Doyne Robertson officiating. Burial will be in Melbourne Cemetery with arrangements by Howard Funeral Home of Melbourne.
Pallbearers will be Jim Haley, Bob Haley, James Loggains, Ronny Loggains, Rex Tate, Vance Tate, Bobby Webb and Danny Runion.
