Charles Mark David Watters, age 46, of Heber Springs, Arkansas, passed away at his home on Monday, January 3, 2011. Born in Little Rock on February 23, 1964, he was the son of Alvin D. and Carol J. Ashby Watters.
Mark’s occupation was welding.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Ann Garner Watters of Heber Springs; his parents, Alvin and Carol Watters of Heber Springs; two stepsons, Billy Gene Marcum of Heber Springs and Paul Lynn Marcum of Cave City; two sisters, Brenda Adams and Lynne Nordquist, both of Heber Springs; and seven grandchildren. Mark is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Jan. 6, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Olmstead Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 7, at 2:00 p.m. in the Olmstead Chapel with Rev. Eugene Garner officiating. Interment will follow in the Good Springs Cemetery. Ricky Watters, Ricky Ringer, Bill Verser, Robert McElhaney, John Harris, and Brandon Van Don will serve as pallbearers.
