BOONEVILLE — Carroll Douglas Larue, 71, of Booneville died Wednesday, Jan 7, 2009, in a local hospital. He was born Feb 8, 1937, in Blount County, Ala. He was retired from the oil fields and a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Booneville and the Blue Mountain Coon Hunters Association.
He is survived by his wife, Willive; two daughters, Tammy Redding of San Antonio and Teresa Roberson of Booneville; three sons, Donnie Larue of Republic, Mo., Willie Larue of Brownfield, Texas, and Timothy Larue of Booneville; three sisters, Cherrill Lewis of Magazine, Patricia Norris of Gilmer, Texas, and Linda Hill of Booneville; a brother, C E Larue of Artesia, N M; 13 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
