SILOAM SPRINGS — Charles Ray "Chuck" Foreman, 77, of Siloam Springs died July 7, 2006, at Siloam Springs Meraorial Hospital. He was born May 29, 1929, in Gentry to Ellis and Serena Dixon Foreman. He was a graduate of Gentry High School and was a regional sales manager for Allen Canning for 19 years as well as a Linotype operator for the Herald and Democrat News in Siloam Springs. He was a member of Harvard Avenue Baptist Church in Siloam Springs.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Dellinger Foreman of the home; one son, Charles R. Foreman Jr. of Siloam Springs; two daughters, Celia Weeks of Broken Arrow, Okla, and Karisha Foreman of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one brother, Bill Foreman of Springdale; two stepsons, Marc Atkinson of Fort Worth, Texas, and Greg Atkinson of Tampa, Fla.; two stepgrandchildren.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Harvard Avenue Baptist Church with Tad Thompson and Dan Crenshaw officiating.

Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, online at www.wassonfuneralhome.com.
