Darlis Gertrude Rush Page of Melbourne, AR, daughter of James and Savannah Ball Rush was born on Dec. 25, 1909 in Knob Creek, AR. She died Jan. 7, 1994 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She married Frank Page on April 1, 1933 in Newburg, AR. She was of the Pentecostal religion. She is survived by one daughter, Geta Jones of Melbourne; one sister, Ruby Finley of Sacramento, CA; one half-sister, Martra Musgrove of Wenatchee, WA; one brother, Jack Rush of Sage, AR; two half-brothers, Troy Rush of Brockwell, and Glenn Rush of Independence, MO; four grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Frank, her parents, one granddaughter, one brother, and three sisters. Services were Jan. 9, 1994 at the Howard Chapel in Melbourne with Donnie Sherrill officiating. Pallbearers were Zelph Rush, Marvis Sherrill, Edla Morehead, Haskel Morehead, Rodney Hoskinds, and Don Caraway. Burial was at Combs Cemetery in Melbourne.
