Eldridge Fairchild Musgrove of Melbourne, AR, son of the late James and Virginia Tomlin Musgrove was born April 12, 1918 in Boswell, AR. He died Oct. 20, 1993 in the Calico Rock Medical Center at the age of 75 years. Eldridge was united in marriage to Marie Jeffery in 1939 at Boswell, AR, and to this union nine children were born. He worked as a cotton gin supervisor in Parker, AZ. Eldridge was a deacon at the Belview Baptist Church in Melbourne, AR. He is survived by his wife, Marie of the home; four daughters, Judy Heath of MO; Lorna Waldeman of ID, Neta Erickson of PA; three sons, Amos Musgrove of CA; Ervin Musgrove and Lynn Musgrove both of AZ; one brother Lloyd Musgrove of WA; 14 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Faye Cox and an infant; three sisters; and three brothers. Services were Oct. 22, 1993 in the Howard Chapel with Tim Porter and Doyne Robertson officiating. Pallbearers were; Hoot Rush, Buddy Heath, Jason Heath, Lloyd Jeffery, Glen Williams, and Charles Cheatham. Interment was at Combs Cemetery in Melbourne, under the direction of Howard Funeral Home.

Marie Jeffery Musgrove of Tempe, Arizona formerly of Melbourne, Arkansas
Marie Jeffery Musgrove, daughter of the late Joseph Emauel Jeffery and Marett Gillihan Jeffery, was born October 15, 1920 in Boswell, Arkansas She departed this life May 22, 2015 in Arizona at the age of 94 years, 7 months and 7 days. She was united in marriage to the love of her life, Eldridge Fairchild Musgrove April 22, 1939 in Boswell, Arkansas and to this union nine children were born. She spent her life as a daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, homemaker and friend Marie was a school cook in Parker, Arizona for many years. Known for her yeast rolls. She was an expert in piecing quilts, making hundreds in her lifetime.
Survivors include sons, Amos (Jackie) of Visalia, California, Ervin and Lyn of Snowflake, Arizona. Daughters Judy (Ted) of the home, Lorna (Charles) of Twin Falls, Idaho, Jeanne of Ottawa, Kansas, and Neta of Rapid River, MI. 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 12 great-great-grandchildren and will be missed by many. She is preceded in death by her mother, father, husband, brothers, sisters, and daughter Faye.
Funeral services to celebrate Marie's life will be May 25th at 1 o'clock at Legacy Funeral Home, Chandler, Arizona.
Graveside services and burial will be in Combs Cemetery, Wednesday, May 27 at 4:00 p.m. under the direction of Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Melbourne, Arkansas.
