MELBOURNE — Daniel Milton Johnson, 76, of Melbourne died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at his home.Born July 5, 1933, in Blytheville, he was the son of Albert and Ruby Baker Johnson. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was employed with American Telephone and Telegraph as a technician. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Joan Guyton on Nov. 26, 1975, in Las Vegas.Survivors include his wife of 34 years; two stepsons, Stanley George Stringfellow of San Diego and Gregory Stewart Stringfellow of Crystal Lake, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Virginia Ann Lee of Pie Town, N.M.; three step-grandchildren, Christopher Lee, Jeremy Lee and Gabriel Lee; two step-great-grandchildren, Charity Lee and Sophia Lee; and several nephews and nieces.He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters.A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Twin Creek Church of Christ. Arrangements are by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
