Mary Jo Pugh
SPRINGDALE — Mary Jo Pugh, 65, of Springdale died Jan. 27, 2004, at her home. She was born Feb. 10, 1938, in Dayton, Tenn., to Virgil R. and Adeline Dodson Harwood. She moved to Springdale three years ago from Leach, Okla. She was a homemaker and had worked for Wal-Mart in the fabric department for several years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and was a volunteer for the food bank at First Baptist Church in Springdale. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ray Pugh, in 1989.
Survivors include three sons, Don Pugh and Ron Pugh, both of Siloam Springs, and James Pugh of Grady; six grandchildren; four brothers, Jimmy Harwood, Virgil Harwood and Allen Harwood, all of Dayton, Tenn., and Ed Harwood of Siloam Springs; one sister, Dodie VanWinkle of Dayton.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Siloam Springs.
