William Earl Gillihan, aged 64, of Boswell AR died Friday morning May 18, 1973 at his home. Born September 29, 1908, in Izard County, he was a farmer and a member of the Calico Rock Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Bertie Vest Gillihan of the home; two sons, Doyle Gillihan of Boswell and Don Gillihan of Norfork AR; two sisters, Mrs. Edna Western and Mrs. Ollie Bates, both of Melbourne AR; one grandchild, Noel Don Gillihan, Jr. of Norfork.

Funeral service was Monday afternoon, in the Twin Creek Church of Christ with Ralph Wallis officiating.

Burial was in Combs Cemetery by Crouch Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were; Ebb Moody, John Byler, Junior Gillihan, Boyce Gillihan, Ruben Lindsey, and Wayburn Watson
