Rosie Bell Constant, 92 of Calico Rock, died March 9, 1987 at the Calico Rock Medical Center. She had been a life long resident of this county. Survivors include: a brother, Archie Constant of California and several nieces and nephews. Services were held March 11 at Combs Cemetery with Owen Harvell officiating. Pallbearers were: Lee Watson, Rayburn Tate, Delmo Tate, Shelby Gillihan, Boyce Gillihan and Junior Gillihan. Burial was at the Combs Cemetery in Melbourne.
(Though the obituary says she was a life long resident of the area, in census records it says she was born in Kentucky as were her parents.)
