MOUNT PLEASANT — Johnnie Clay Bramblett, 67, of Mount Pleasant died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, at his home.
Born March 13, 1943, in Mount Pleasant, he was the son of Troy H. and Oda Walker Bramblett. He was united in marriage to Rose Phillips on Oct. 8, 1971. He was employed as a carpenter by Midwest Drywall, retiring after many years of employment. He was of the Church of Christ faith.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years; a brother, Walter Bramblett of Hayesville, Kan.; several nephews and nieces.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, T.J. Bramblett; and a sister, Nola Mae Johnson.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Reeves Cemetery. Arrangements are by Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Melbourne.
Honorary pallbearers are Robert Spence, Shane Spence, Leroy Shaver, Jared Moxley, Collie Shaw and Troy Daigle.
