CHARLES W. WILSON
Charles Wesley Wilson, 46, former resident of Springdale, died Aug. 9 in the VA Hospital, Oklahoma City, Okla., following an extended illness. Born April 18, 1928, in Warsaw, Mo., he was the son of Wilburn and Edna Arnold Wilson, a member of the Methodist Church, a veteran of World War II and Korean conflict. He was a former employe of Harp's IGA food stores in Springdale and manager of Piggly Wiggly Market in Siloam Springs.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bobby Wilson of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Nelda Hawkins, Okanagon, Wash., and Lisa Wilson of the home; one son, Dale Wilson of the home; his mother, Mrs. Joe Chamberlain, Siloam Springs; one brother, Leon Wilson, Quincy, Wash.; three sisters, Miss Irene Wilson and Mrs. Patty Bishop, Siloam Springs, and Mrs. Louis Gaiche, Rogers; one foster brother, Tom Shaw, Belmont, Tex.; and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Wilson, Marshall, Mo.
