Funeral service was held for Mrs. Addie Katherine Fitzsimmons, Friday, June 1, at the Reeves, Pine Grove Cemetery. Bro. Owen Harvell officiated. Most all her kin were present.

Mrs. Fitzsimmons passed away in a Batesville hospital May 30th. She was born in Lafferty and was a member of the New Home Freewill Baptist Church and was a member of the New Home Women's Auxiliary.

Survivors include her husband, Wm. T. Fitzsimmons of Mt. Pleasant, three sons, Eldus Fitzsimmons of Heber, Arizona, Thomas Fitzsimmons of Mt. Pleasant and Billy Fitzsimmons of Overguard, Arizona; four daughters, Mrs. Zelma Adkisson and Mrs. Betty Sims, both of Wichita, Kansas, Mrs. John Swaims of Batesville and Mrs. Lauretta Coleman of Mt. Pleasant; two brothers, Bob Barksdale of Winslow, Ariz., and Nick Barksdale of Lamar, Mo.; three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Owens of Batesville, Mrs. Maud Haley of Guion and Mrs. Oma Tate of Winslow, Ariz., and fifteen grandchildren.

Crouch Funeral Home was in charge. Mrs. Fitzsimmons will be sorely missed by her relatives and friends and her co-workers in the church.
