FANNIE WASSON PITTMAN
Mrs. Fannie Wasson Pittman, 91, 502 Vanderventer, Fayetteville, died Aug. 24 in a local hospital following a long illness. Born Jan. 21, 1884 in Springtown, she was the daughter of W. David and Elizabeth Rebecca Steele Wasson. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church and a 50-year resident of Fayetteville.
Survivors include two sons, Walter D. Pittman, Cheverly, Md., and Frank Pittman, Houston, Tex.; one daughter, Mrs. Irene Conrad, Wilmington, Del.
Funeral services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Wasson Memorial Chapel, Siloam Springs, with Dr. Joel Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Springtown Cemetery with arrangements under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
