Beverly Jean Couch Sisemore, 60, of Springdale died Nov. 4, 2005, at home.

She was born Sept. 14, 1945, in Fayetteville to John and Rita Eubanks Couch. She was a 1962 graduate of Huntsville High School. She helped her husband serve as pastor for 39 years. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Elm Springs for 31 years. She was employed by Wal-Mart for the past 27 years and enjoyed spending time with family and traveling and fishing with her husband. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Johnny Sisemore of the home; one daughter, Kelly Van House and husband J. Max of Springlale; five brothers, Bill Couch and his wife Caroline of Elkins, Tom Couch and his wife Nina of Cincinnati, Ohio, Charles Couch of Malvern, Rick Couch and his wife Shelby of Elkins and Randy Couch and his wife Rhonda of Cabot; one sister, Dianne Hankins and her husband Jasper of Elkins; two granddaughters, Madeline and Linden Van Hoose of Springdale, to whom she was known as "MeMe"; five nieces and 12 nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Baptist Church in Elm Springs. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery, under the direction of Moore's Chapel.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Moore's Chapel with the family present.

Troy Hayes will officiate.

Memorials may be made to Northwest Arkansas Children's Shelter, 7702 S.W. Regional Airport Blvd., Bentonville, 72712.
