MRS. JESSIE POLLOCK
Mrs. Jessie DeWitt Pollock, 90, Rt. 7, Fayetteville, died March 10 in a Fayetteville hospital. Born July 2, 1886, in Tennessee, she was the daughter of Caleb and Minnie Atcheson Robertson, the widow of Orvis Cecil Pollock, to whom she was married Feb. 4, 1909 in Tennessee, and a member of the Baptist Church.
Survivors include four sons, Coburn Pollock, Johnson, Silas Pollock, Elkins, Cecil Pollock, Duncanville, Tex., and Calvin Pollock, Wichita, Kan.; five daughters, Mrs. Norma King, Mrs. Alberta Justice, Mrs. Mary Jane Combs and Mrs. Alice Soloman, Fayetteville, and Mrs. Ruby Carpenter, Elkins; one brother, Caleb Robertson, Tullahoma, Tenn.; 38 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Moore's Chapel with the Rev. William Brock Watson officiating. Burial will be in McCord Cemetery under the direction of Moore's.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Justice, Dempsey Lewis, Jerry Pollock, Mike Stewart, Arvil King and Charles King.
