December 4, 1860 - February 13, 1948
J. L. Jones' funeral will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church with Rev. T. L. Harris and Rev. H. L. Villee officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery with Proctor's in charge. Active pallbearers: Eugene Cawthon, Homer Livingston, Bill Smead, Milas Reynolds, Holmes Greer, and Carl Robertson. Honorary Pallbearers: Dr. J. B. Jameson, Dr. W. C. Magness, Dr. J. S. Rinehart, Louie Levy, H. T. Patton, Walter Fincher, A. N. Fogle, R. S. Runnels, Ed Crawley, Colin Threadgill, and Harry Mathews.
