Lewis Dale Hannah, age 57, of Hopewell, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 2004, at his daughter's home in Lamar, Arkansas, after a battle with pancreatic cancer. Born in Heber Springs, Arkansas, on December 12, 1946, he was the son of the late Lee Isaac Hannah and Vera Alice (Hollowell) Hannah. A lifetime resident of Hopewell, Lewis was a retired truck driver and saw mill operator. He was a graduate of Rose Bud High School and enjoyed fishing and farming. Lewis was a member of The Worship Center Cabot Freewill Baptist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two nephews, Chris and Sam Spitzer. Survivors include one son, Lewis Don Hannah and daughter-in-law, Kenzie, of Cabot, one daughter, Tracie Lovell and son-in-law, Dusty, of Lamar, one brother, Eddie Hannah and JoAnne of Rose Bud, two sisters, Donna Klepich and Anthony and Juanita Wheeler and Darrell, all of Little Rock, the mother of his children and lifelong friend, Donna Rackley of Hopewell, and five grandchildren, Kailee Hannah, Kaitlin Hannah, Kyle Hannah, Dustin Lovell, and Dillon Lovell. Lewis is also survived by other relatives and his many friends.
