Jerry W. Childres, 70 of Judsonia, passed from this life on Saturday, November 19, 2011.
He was born September 7, 1941 in Little Rock, Arkansas to the late Fredryc and Claire Childres.
Mr. Childres worked as a Salesman for Yarnell for over 30 years and was an Air Force Veteran. He is preceded also by his first wife, Colleen Childres.
Survivors include his wife, Joann Childres of the home; one son, Bobby W. (Michelle) Childres of Vilonia; one daughter, Deborah (Doug) Jones of Mt. Vernon; three step-daughters, Audrey (Everett) Harper of Letona; Donna Gentry of Fairfield Bay; Sandra (Toben) Bennett of Cabot; 5 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; one step great grandchild; three brothers, John Childres of Little Rock; Larry Childres of Indianapolis, IN; James Childres of Boonville; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home, Searcy. Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday at Roller-Daniel Chapel.
Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery.
