Mr. Jeff D. Borden of Alma(Crawford County), Arkansas, died Monday, December 29, 2008, at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Borden was 54 years old. He was a civil engineer for Mac Steele and of the Methodist faith.
He is survived by a daughter: Beth Cowen, of Fayettevillive, Arkansas; a son: Brent Borden, of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his father: Joe Borden of Fort Smith, Arkansas; and a sister: Connie Hixon, also of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Graveside service was held on Saturday, January 3, 2009, at Hall Cemetery in Natural Dam, Arkansas. Rev. Elton Pennington, officiated the service.
